Except they don't have every Ferc commitment and the only Canadian pipeline.

Don't own it but am a buyer if it drops down to $7-8. I looked at it when they announced the merger at about $5. MPET shateholders will own 5% of the post-merger business. It's overpriced now, value at $1.5 billion.
