I used a mild rotel, lime juice, and rinsed the black beans. Also used half the amount of black beans the recipe calls for. No chips either.
It had shredded chicken, though.
Yogurt and avocado topped it off. Good stuff.

Glad it worked out. It's a very adaptable recipe. I'll try some yogurt next time I make it.
