It's not just the hourly rate at Stella it's also the tip $$$. All of their credit card tips where put on their paycheck as well as their hourly rate. So he is basically stealing tips that guest left to him and not paying him real shitty.

The whole fundraising deal is bizarre.
The allegation that he stole tips from his employees is a strong one. How is putting ALL of their credit card tips stealing the tips from the employees?
