maybe, but possibly the attorney is so used to the client unilaterally accepting their strategy without question, that when someone does question, or suggest a different way, they're being unreasonable, I've had to do a fair amount of educating attorneys over the years, and I'm not a law school prof.

you'd also be surprised at the gross padding of the bill that takes place, not only billing for time not spent on the case or full rates for multi-tasking, but billing clerical work, not done by the attorney, or requiring an attorney(fed-exing, photo copying, etc.,) at full attorney rates, a person would be a fool not to scrutinize and challenge things like this
