Interesting to see this, and the one in W. Feliciana also. I would think there would be more signs of development around Woodville and Centreville as well.

Due to the location, close to Baton Rouge and Natchez, I would not think there would be a situation like what has developed in the Bakken or in the EFS. There was basically very little population around the heart of the EFS 5 years ago and miles and miles of brush.

good point. I have worked in ND on two different occasions. They're 25 years behind most of this area, and they had virtually no population before the boom.
