David Allen Coe always comes to mind but has been run into the ground by a damned ole train.

Name your favorite drinking songs.

Here's some I've got so far for a CD.

Nothing set in stone...and not to be taken too seriously of course.

In no particular order

Psychostick - Beer

Todd Snider - Beer Run

Rodney Carrington - Titties and Beer

Rodney Carrington - Drink More Beer

Merle Haggard - I think I'll stay here and drink

Eric Church - Drink in My Hand

Eric Church - Smoke a little Smoke, Drink a little drink

Billy Currington - God is Great, Beer is good

SHE GOT RUN NED OVER BY A DAMNED OLD TRAIN

Sung by Chee Weez or Bag of Donuts when you are hammerred. Like now after beating La-La.

Gay Allan still produces something that can legitimately be considered country music, and he should be commended for that. To get "It Aint the Whiskey" on the air it takes an existing big name. I appreciate him for that.

To add:

Pat Green--George's Bar, Whiskey

REK--Corpus Christy Bay

JJW--Sangria Wine

Jason Boland--Drinkin' Song

Also, pretty much 3/4 of Gary Stewart's musical catalogue, and too many George Jones songs to name.
