175. Got it down to 165, would like to hover around 169.

I am 5'9". When I left the USMC, I was a lean 190 (8% body fat). Around 04, I got lazy and gained 40. 230! I saw a picture and thought...crap!I got down to 200 and stayed there for a long time. I am 210 now. I want to drop 20...which would put me back to where I was in 00.
