Don't know about liberals, but I think it is funny watching Rand dig a deeper hole for himself and his party. With that comment and the platform component on "curing" homosexuality (and I guess bisexuality?) they are likely to turn Texas purple and surely won't win a national election. Tone deaf. Country's demographics have changed and will do so even more and they just don't get it. I guess politics can make the smartest of people, regardless of their party, dumb with ambition.
