I believe all of those are written for DPF/DOC-on applications. Biggest gains come from when you delete both

Best thing is to get rid of the whole truck while 6.4's are still overshadowed by the 6.0 for the worst motor ever title. You can fix some of the issues with it, but it's a 200k mile motor no matter how much money you throw at it.
