Gardoki might be correct, but I feel like sometimes its deletes the download file and sometimes it doesn't.

Either way, the download file is on the same drop down as your playable games are, it is just a different looking icon.

PS1 classics don't delete them automatically I noticed.

After two downloads and two attempts at installation, game is working.

PS3 interface is pure unadulterated garbage.

I guess I am used to it so I don't mind it.

At the same time I am sure it is very confusing for those who don't know their way around. Its not exactly intuitive.

One thing Microsoft definitely nailed with the 360. Go to your hard drive, see what's on it, manage it from there.

Another thing I don't get: why do I have to download it and then go to another menu to install it? Dumb. I think making the PlayStation Store a separate deal from the dashboard creates more of a headache than it's worth.

I'm comfortable with the PS3 interface after using it a lot and I agree, it's terrible.

Sometimes I like the PS3's simple setup, but it can really suck whenever I want to do something besides go to a game or netflix (like check HD space). It's slow, too.

Your opinion. I've played Graces about 3 times through, I've played about 15 hours of Xillia.

Yeah, Xillia is definitely a better game. Graces' battle system may do some things better, but it's worse in far more areas. Not sure how you can argue for Graces' story. It wasn't very good at all.

This was done because there is media you can download from PS Store that isn't compatible with PS3. This way, games you have downloaded can be stored on USB or moved to other platforms (PSP, Vita, etc.)

Good god psn is slow. I started downloading ni no kuni over an hour ago and it's only at 8%. Are ps4 downloads any faster? I would hope so or I would understand why people still want physical media.

My PS4 downloads are faster because I have an ethernet cable running to it. Outside of Rock Band DLC, everything else (vita included) downloads at 1MB/s clip.

Yea the problem isn't on my end. Ps3 is just slow. I still buy physical discs for it unless I get them cheap or free from PS plus.

Odd. I generally get the same speeds across all my devices over wifi. I may download Transistor tonight to test this, because of my PS+ stuff I've downloaded has gone quickly.

Maybe it's because I would always have a contrast example with downloads on the 360. Nothing on it ever took nearly as long as it did on the PS3.

I remember sitting there between chapters on MGS4 watching it download while Snake sat there smoking for a good 5 or 10 minutes. "How many different times does this game need to download?"

Really? My ps3 is by far my slowest device for download speeds.
