What's wrong with people? Respect the office for Christ's sake.

By the way, liberals have done worse...they cut off Bush's head and impaled it on Game of Thrones.
Backlash lasted half a day. Rachel Maddow laughed it off as "creative license".

Not quite the same. The show produces said they ordered a bunch of heads and one of them happened to be of George W Bush. They were on a tight budget so they put a wig on it and turned in sideways.
I don't really care either way. The mannequin thing is in poor taste.
