LSU makes about $4 Million in revenue for the Athletic Department per home game.

We get around $3-$4 Million from Neutral games.

Over a two year example:
2 Neutral games = $6-$8 Million
Home/Away = $4 Million

What about the millions in local and state revenue that we give up by having the game in Texas? That can't be ignored. To do so is taking a very narrow view of the actual impact of LSU athletics.

Yes it can. LSU AD owes nothing to Baton Rouge and Baton Rouge is entitled to nothing.

LSU still pumps literally hundreds of millions of dollars into the Baton Rouge area every year because of football.

That's not the AD's responsibility! NO public funds are going toward the athletics. They are run like a private business. They even annually give millions to the university! They are able to do that because of the way they manage their money.

Yes it can be ignored and apparently LSU is doing it. Well LSU is not totally ignoring it but they are concerned most with what is best for LSU football not about the BR and LA economic impact. Sorry it is so hard for you to understand.
