Did you even read your own article?
So hence if that guy isn't a power pitcher and hangs in the mid to low 80's his arm probably can withstand 130 pitches in a given night. Now if you do that repeatedly, it's probably not a good practice, but not sure why you're condemning the coach without knowing all of the specifics.
