Ralph Cifaretto- Sopranos

I was watching the Season 4 episode "Whoever Did This" of the Sopranos the other day, and this question still lingers in my mind... Did Ralph Cifaretto really set the fire that killed Pie-O-My? He denied it up and down to Tony, but there seemed to be a subtle possibility that he did due to certain things he said in that final conversation with Tony. The Sopranos, as awesome a show as it is, left the audience hanging on several occasions, and this was one of them. We never found out for sure if Ralph set the fire or not, so Tony killing him in anger over the perceived murder of Pie-O-My never reached full closure.
What do you guys think?

Of course he did it. Never a doubt in my mind.
Shitty sick horse. $200,000 insurance.
Ralphie being Ralphie.

He definitely set the fire. I didn't think it was that unclear either.

That final Ralph and Tony scene is one of the greatest TV scenes ever.

Tony's love for animals is a funny part of the show., like when he threatens to suffocate Chris for killing the dog and when he smokes the cigar with the horse.

He did it. Said something like "frick it! It was just a horse! My son is dying in a hospital."
Hilarious that Tony was more emotional about Ralphie hurting a horse than leaving his vegetable son fatherless.

Tony wanted to kill Ralphie anyway, and probably didn't give a frick either way. The horse was just his justification.

The scene were Janice is fricking him in the arse with a dildo is one I will never forget. I was like, "wtf is going on here?"
