I probably could have kept my 4S for three years instead of two (which my wife still has hers) and it run just fine. I think that in general is why I enjoy Apple products more. The design seems to be so much cleaner, the interface tighter, and while they do update their product line every year, their products still work without a hitch for years.
Time to look again. That was 4 years ago. The Android flagships are good and the OS is better than ever.

iOS needs a refresh for sure. I don't want windows tiles. they are lame.
I have used android phones, and they are slick. but I am hesitant to switch, simply b.c of my wife. if I switch to android, she won't know how to use my phone. And that will annoy the shite out of me. She can barely use her iphone as it is.
