Doesn't even have to be for profit, but that is the worst offender. But plenty of kids end up in debt 50k or more for a degree from a pretty bad public or private school.

I thinks if students drop out or flunk out without significant hardships, grants should become nonforgivable loans. Too many take the free money and piss it away. This leaves less for those really trying to better themselves and elevates cost by increasing demand.
