I went down a road the other day that had a sign that read... "Deaf Child at Play"
How am I supposed to know the "child" isn't 19 today? How did that sign get put up? Was there a time limit? Is the child also blind?

A friend of mine had that sign in his neighborhood growing up (not for him) - 20 years later it's still there.
