Where can I get battery replaced/routine service by reputable dealer in nola and how much should it cost?

In Houston I went to a certified jeweler who would charge like $15 for links and <$40 for any other maintenance that didn't require parts. Most jewelry people do it.
Look for somewhere that sells tags, call for a price. Then call for a price @ a smaller jeweler.

Adlers, I have used them in the past for a Rolex.

Just make 100% sure they are authorized by Tag. A few years ago, I had a local reputable jeweler replace the battery in mine. I don't think they understood a Tag's battery isn't as simple to replace as most watches (nor did I at the time). Long story short, they damaged it & I spent $500 having the watch repaired by sending it off to Tag.

Real Tag watches are self-winding. Only the fake ones have batteries.

That's what I meant by certified. Bc of what you mentioned and bc I'd be worried to void my warranty. (Don't know if it does)

Lee Michaels sells them so they probably provide maintenance service.

A friend recently took his 10 year old Tag to Lee Michaels because the dial had shifted. They quoted him $900 for the repair - only slightly less than the watch cost. He took it to an independent guy in Shreveport who fixed it for $20. It's not a museum piece; I wouldn't really put too much stock into who's "authorized" to repair them.
