Kind of sucks for UH

Also sucks for whoever gets them, maybe Rice or TCU

I feel very sorry for whichever team gets Houston as their #2 seed. Probably TCU or ULL, maybe even LSU

Whoops forgot about Rice. Still wouldn't surprise me if the committee sent Houston elsewhere

Would be the logical thing to do, but who knows? Houston is going to be a tough team regardless.

I imagine they match up Oregon State and Cal Poly for Supers. And then Louisville and Indiana?

My guess on matchups is is:

Florida-Miami
Oregon State-Cal Poly
Virginia-South Carolina
ULL-Oklahoma State
Florida State-Vanderbilt
Indiana-Louisvile
LSU-Rice
TCU-Ole Miss

If South Carolina gets a national seed I would say

Florida-Miami
Oregon State-Cal Poly
Virginia-Vanderbilt
ULL-Rice
Florida State-Ole Miss
Indiana-Oklahoma State
LSU-TCU
South Carolina-Louisville

Wow I am stunned we are hosting. Houston should have gotten the nod over us IMO.

The difference how we play at home and on the road this season in general and in the NCAA tournament historically is huge. There was an article about it on our rivals site not long ago and the difference in our performance in the Supers at home and on the road is truly night and day.

I doubt we get a national seed though, solid RPI but we struggled a bit down the stretch. I imagine we'll be paired with either of the ACC hosts.

Cal Poly

So they're for sure hosting? Giving their facilities I wouldn't have been surprised if the NCAA made Cal Poly a traveling #1 seed like they've done before.
