It only takes 1 Judge to go after the people/lawyer filing a fraudulent case and the shite begins to stop.

would be a good way to nip a "real" fake lawsuit...you know somethings coming out, about steroids and sexual assault, so you call Saul and he puts out these bogus similar lawsuits...so when yours hits...."ahh, why do people think this is funny?"

The guy filed the lawsuit himself, and he's already doing a 20 years stretch in the pen. What is a judge gonna do to him?
