Also any interior ideas. Want it to look good. Have stockpiled some old barn wood and aged/rusted corrugated metal over the past couple years.

To get furniture in an out easily you could always install a beam and heavy duty pulley. Treat it as a flag pole until you need to pull up some furniture.
