How about my dad owned one and it was the biggest POS he ever owned.
Literally everything broke on that car. Horrible.

Agreed.
You can't put all the stock in the world in anecdotal evidence; somebody bought a lemon of everything.
In Rover's case, there is just too much bad information to ignore.
I hope those that bought them have no trouble and are completely happy with them.
