Well there's a difference between when I do and when I need to. I don't have to be at work til 7:30 so I could sleep until 6:30. But I am usually up at 3 or 4.

Do you spend a lot of time on your phone or a laptop or watching tv before bedtime?
If so, stop this. It's not this way for everyone, of course, but those devices stimulate your brain like nothing else and it takes a while to settle. Also limit caffeine, if you drink coffee and cokes and what not.
