Men do things one at a time, and focus on things one at a time. To be nagged about one thing, which is virtually always an interruption, is about as enjoyable as being set on fire. ESPECIALLY if it's by someone asking you to do something they are capable of themselves.

Women like to worry and multitask simultaneously, while thinking about what other people should be doing. Men are more productive by doing none of these things. Therefor, nagging does zero good for anyone.
