I live in the City of BR, I refuse to buy a single thing in BR that I can buy outside of BR. Groceries, clothes, gas, I refuse to give a single nickel to Kip the Gyp. I m voting with my feet, house is up for sale and I will live anyplace but EBR.

Katrina more damage to BR than it did to NO, the next time they evacuate I will not lift a finger for them.

This is completely irrelevant to the secession movement.But in any case, since Katrina violent crime rates in Baton Rouge have decreased and per-capita median income has increased. This idea that pre-Katrina BR was better off and it's been all downhill since is a joke.
