I'm kind of surprised that Monty was cool enough to get in that pic.
I know several people that have had run-ins with him and every single one say he is one of the biggest pricks ever. Like, a total a-hole.

He came into my work one day during the lockout. I said in a very jokingly manner, "Hey Coach, you going to go suit up overseas until this lockout is done?" His reply was very serious and quite snarky, "I don't play anymore." His wife on the other hand is really cool.
