ETA - As a Hornets/Pelicans fan, I almost lost my shite when that trade was announced. I called it awful the minute I saw it. Had I been owner or GM, I would have vetoed it myself.

That team would've had a decent shot at the playoffs which is a lot better than the team has done since then. Since it seems the goal is playoff appearances I don't think the fanbase would be all that disappointed.
