I do too, but the Avengers without Iron Man is a tough sell for longer than a few movies.

And a combination of those is what I think happens, we'll see most of the tier 1's depart...RDJ. Evans wants to direct film, Scarlet-they have a reason not to bring her back now, Ruffalo can probably make 1 or 2 more movies (he's old) and he's the most easily replaced, etc. So Maybe A3 is minus Stark+War Machine. A4 minus Hulk, BW, Hawkeye and has War Machine and Winter Soldier taking the place of their respectives and includes Ant-Man and/or Strange and/or the twins, etc.

Then they wipe it all and find new leads.

Hemsworth and Renner are the only ones I can see, from the main cast, sticking around for a few more movies.
