Check all of your fuel lines. I had similar issue with mine the lines were corroding from inside. Couldn't get max fuel flow, changed fuel lines then ran like a champ

It had half a tank from last fall. Topped off with premium. Could be fuel lines or an issue with the new fuel water seperator or installation of it. I'll start there

This is your problem or the tank vent line is plugged. Next time running it, open the fuel tank fill cap to see if you are not getting a vacuum in your tank.
