I purposely left the inflammatory part of the definition out because I believe one can subscribe to the top part without being the second.
Anyone who has truly never longed to be another race is, at least on a subconscious level, saying that his race is superior.

I understand your point. The whole point of racism lies in one's behavior towards another race.

Not really. Maybe they never just thought about it.

Besides, I don't think you would argue that a man not wanting to be a woman means he thinks men are superior.

No really, imo.

First of all, one's race is what is familiar and comfortable for the most part. Joining another race is the unknown.

Second of all, I think you have to be honest about the relative position of racial groups in a particular society. If your group is the majority and/or has the advantage, it's not really racist if you don't want to switch positions.
