Everything I see there is around 200/sq ft including lot, avg house size around 3000 sq ft, avg lot price around 180k.
That would put a 3000 sq ft house at around 420k, about $140 a sq ft, which is still high but not absurd.
Update: I checked out a few listings, looks like solid construction, nice high end finishes, low E SDL windows all around, but overall simple designs. These guys are building these in the 100-110 sq. ft range, making nice 30% return. That was about what builders were making at height of market before crash
