oops... I posted too early...

What to do?? I don't know, but perhaps if enough of us send polite (or griping/demanding) e-mails and make lots of phone calls... to the right people... maybe NRG/Reliant can relax the rule? I don't know. But good idea!!!

It was the same way last year in Dallas. People got out there at 8 am and parked outside the parking lot and set up their tents. When they opened the lots, people parked, and went back to tailgating.

A. The Reliant staium area isn't a college campus

B. It's their place and their rules. If you don't like it, don't go to the game.

C. What benefit would the people putting on the game get by allowing increased tailgating hours other than the added costs of increased security, extended hours for the facility personnel, and additional clean up crews?

D. The people putting on this game don't give a shite at all if you tailgate or not. They are getting their money from sponsorships, ticket sales, concessions, and that 47th LSU t-shirt you just "had to have."
