RPI went from 7 to 13 despite winning the series. Playing in the Sun Belt is not doing y'all any favors.

It's a shame because I was hoping that LSU and ULL would be able to meet in the super regionals, but it's looking like neither will be a national seed.

Yeah, even when we win we drop in the RPI. That bullpen meltdown was a bit concerning in the 9th. Alabama melting down and losing to Tennessee didn't help us either.

Luckily for us, our schedule gets a little stronger towards the end of the year. McNeese, Southeastern x2, Texas State x3, Arkansas St x3.

I think our chance to be a national seed is to finish with a super gaudy record, end up very high in the polls and hope we finish around 10 in the RPI and maybe the committee will hook us up.

We really just need to win most of our games the rest of the way because the shite hole SBC this season isn't helping out at all.

Well we can't do much about that. Believe me, many of us would love to see our school move up from the Sunbelt, but that ain't happening right now. All our guys can do is keep on winning.
