Maybe so, but you will still know you're lying to yourself in the end. I would go with 10-14 lbs. on the fish front. ETA three more pounds for the kids.

Where did you get the 10-14# figure from? Frozen catfish comes in 15# boxes. Keep it simple. Basa tastes better if you ask me. Now if you want to get fancy, call Tony's and have them filet it up fresh for you. That's some good shite right there.
