I agree with you all that the wording is outdated, but if the law is unenforceable then isn't it already repealed anyway? Wouldn't that make this whole thing just a waste of time and taxpayer money?

ETA: Basically the voters of Louisiana paid this lady to attempt to overturn an unenforceable law...

I don't have the numbers in front of me right now, but apparently law enforcement in some Louisiana still use the law to hassle certain folks. It doesn't matter to the cops if the charges are ultimately dismissed.
