Failure to answer the question "why are you following us around , you have circled 5 times?"

I'd say you need to be able to answer that question...honestly versus a follow up questions like "What have we done wrong?" Otherwise you are just "Bringing trouble on yourself".

The officer showed respect and the punk showed no respect.. and that my friends is how the law will be "enforced".

This is a typical video of a punk intentionally trying to entice an officer of law , records it and then places the video on the internet for giggles. I really have no tolerance for that kind of citizenship.

He's well known to local leo's, hence his partners measured response. He runs a local watchdog .org. They knew they were under no threat. Again, watch his partners response.

I disagree. There are no laws being broken, there is nothing to enforce therefore there is no reason for the cop to detain. IMO it sets a bad precedent.

Cops are supposed enforce the law. What LAW was being broken here?

The cop did not like what the kid was doing, that does not make it illegal. What was illegal was the illegal stop by the cop.
