But, I thought all of the St George leaders are merely volunteers and that's why they failed to appear at or canceled out from attending public forums to discuss the issues.

At least, that's what you and other posters have consistently said.

You don't think Rainey's non-residency in St George is relevant to the discussion? Especially when YOU bring up non-residents who oppose St George in your OP??

FWIW, I don't see any of the legislative proposed changes in the process to be onerous. In fact, all of the proposed changes are very reasonable in my opinion.
