This was not an eminent domain issue. The land was not Mr. Bundy's.

And, by the way, it was we "lefties" who protested the loudest over the Supreme Court's Kelo decision, but you righties who are most prone to approve things like George Bush seizing a man's house in order to enrich himself with a new Texas Rangers stadium.

you mean when Mr. Bush paid way over appraisal value to buy out the house? Just like Mr. Jones did when constructing Jerryworld?
