That's what this means for Tuba.

He thinks minorities are too dumb, lazy, ignorant and poor to go out and get a free ID. More soft racism and sexism from the left. God forbid that some organization such as the NAACP raise money or assist people of color to get the proper required ID necessary to vote. But, then again, it's just too easy and convenient for organizations like that to sit back, bitch about a problem they can solve and call racism to get more attention rather than actually try to "advance colored people". People like Tuba are the slaves of the the Sharpton/Jackson plantation and always will be.
