I'm on your side but what is your interpretation of federal taxes? Look at your phone bill. We're paying a fed tax to support the financing of availability to the internet.

So are people that pay phone bills considered federal tax payers in your opinion? Not trying to stir the shitpot but where is the line drawn?

I don't think this money goes anywhere near the general budget. Pretty sure it is directed to the FCC. And do you think there are a lot of people paying a phone bill out of pocket that are not paying federal taxes. I would think that is ultra rare. where is that income coming from?
