If seafood is an acceptable answer (and I don't have to pick just one), then that's my choice... But that's not really fair, is it? 
If I had to choose my favorite meat, I'd agree with beef. However, pork is definitely more versatile.

Agree, but that's a total cop out. I don't know that I could even pick one aquatic critter that I prefer more than any other. I'd say crab, but I'd get burnt out on that if I were forced to eat just that.
I guess the correct answer is beef. So many different cuts, each with their own character and ideal use, it's so tremendous. Definitely prefer it to pork, and I really enjoy pork.
