And have them sign a waiver of liability for the child. Also form and LLC, and subcontract the nanny to watch the kids. You will be taking a %. This will help her get by and teach her how real life works.

And spend more money filing a tax return and formation papers than you make off the deal. That doesn't sound like a viable solution. Not to mention the whole running an illegal daycare out of your home business.
