Tell me which of the food do's and don'ts you have your main issues with?
I take issue with any diet that excludes certain foods on the basis of poorly documented to non-existent evidence. You can be perfectly healthy eating breads, dairy products, beans, bacon, etc. as long as they don't make up a super majority of your diet day in and day out. I bake a loaf of plain white bread every week, go through a gallon of whole milk a week, make at least one batch of hummus every week for salads and sandwiches, and I'd smoke the dog crap out of the average paleo diet touting crossfit junkie. Not because of any particular diet or exercise routine but because I stick to moderation and variety in what I eat and how I exercise and have been doing so for more than 20 years.
