And potatoes are a super food. Low calorie, low fat, high in vitamins.

No beans: due to lectins and "anti-nutrients." Google if you want the long story. Basically, they aren't good for you. However, if you use traditional preparation methods (soaking cycles, sprouting, etc) then they are sort of neutral. Pretty controversial even amongst ancestral health folks.
