The vast majority the majority of the breweries serve food - certainly the big ones, do. Deschutes, 10 Barrel, Cascade, Hair of the Dog, Ecliptic, Breakside, Burnside, Base Camp, Laurelwood, etc...

A few notables that do not: The Commons and Upright do not serve food. I think you'll find enough places that serve food that you won't be bothered.

If you want to go to taprooms, though, that is a little different. A lot of my favorite taprooms don't serve food. Even though you are allowed to bring our own food into the bar, they still won't allow minors, since they are not a restaurant.
