that'd be true if this board's posters weren't the ones doing the hiring.
What job is it you want you can't get because a black man got it?

Hell, I can name about 5. But the biggest was admission to Ivy League schools. If I were black I would have gotten a full ride to Harvard. Had to settle for a full ride to Centenary.
Not bad because today it's worth about 30K per year.

Note the new front page... lots of blacks, women. One token white guy. If you walked on the campus today it's all ugly white girls...mostly LUGS.

Irrelevant. AA is offensive to those it "supports", or at least it should be.
The narrative of the laws and government programs in this country is that minorities are inept, ignorant and incapable of becoming successful on their own. In the case of AA, it's as blatant as it gets.

No man.......
........i didn't not get any job because of Affirmative Action. I'm a blue-collar guy, AA doesn't really come in to play in my world. I was just wanting to get a discussion going on the difference in the generations. I don't want my niece and nephews generation to have to contend with AA. I truly believe they're and we're beyond the racial BS.
