Anyone seen this? I'm a big Chuck fan and enjoyed the first episode of this British show replaying on pbs. It definitely has some inspiration from Chuck:
- Tall goofy hero unexpectedly introduced to the spy world.
- he works at a best buy knock off (in the first episode, don't know if he stays there)
- he is obsessed with popular sci-fi
- his best friend and coworker reminds me a lot of Morgan
- it's rather funny
- the opening sequence is a lot like Chuck's
I don't know what the series is like but enjoyed the first episode. Jeffster has NOT made an appearance (yet).

Yes. The whole process of how he ended up getting the job is hilarious.

It's started on my local pbs, I think Fridays or Saturdays. But also on huluplus I think.

Update 3 episodes in: it's still hilarious and worth watching. The main character would fit in very comfortably in a Monty python production. He reminds me of a young John Cleese. His son is great, as in completely insufferable and likely to grow up to be a supervillain.
