Anybody have any luck with this? My lawn really needs the aeration to loosen the soil. I had one of the guys from TruGreen come by and look at it and tell me it needed it. I tried to get them to do it, but they'd never show up. I can do it myself, but I've never seen anyone do this.

I think now is a good time. The peak of summer may be too hot and dry out/burn out the lawn.

Midsummer is a great time to aerify. Middle of the growing season. Will promote growth.
