I know that Michigan also had (and may still have) a self-ban on any kind of ads in their stadium. They, and other schools, are also making an effort to make wi-fi available to all of the public on game days. Can people at LSU use their smart phones to receive the Internet during games at Tiger Stadium, or is all of the bandwidth jammed up by the thousands of users?
