The biggest thing I miss about college is the huge concentration of similar aged people. I hardly ever see or work with people around my age, and when I do there is a 95% chance it's a guy. So mainly I miss the women.

Amen to that. I'm in science, and the only woman on my team is the admin who's in her mid-40's. Nothing like being on a college campus with 10000+ girls
